Cancellation Policy
I understand that unexpected things happen and plans may change. To respect the time reserved for each client and keep scheduling fair, the following cancellation fees apply:
• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service fee.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
